ISO-MME

For better identification we need a MainLocation for cardan shaft.
Until now we use "VEHC"-MainLocation.

Proposal:
CASH - cardan shaft

Please find enclosed my comments for the MME 2.0-proposal. For better imagination I have attached a small zip-file. Unzip it and you get a small example for MME 2.0 using XML-files.
