When the calculated channels from SUFEHM are attached to a dataset we need special ISO-codes for those ( two ) channels.
To Keep them associated with the HEAD we propose to Keep Mainlocation HEAD and the dummytype in FL3 for them.
for example :
S1HEADVMSTTHPR0S
S1HEADSUF0TH000S
or, in more general :
??HEADVMST??PR0S
??HEADSUF0??000S
Not so nice with the combined FL1/FL2, but readable for the user ...
Looking forward on comments,
best regards,
Frank

Re: Channelcodes for SUFEHM channels
Dear Frank,
a while ago I have started to prepare a coding for RED E.
It is "work in progress" (ignore the word BRIC in the snapshot below), but may useful for the discussion:
I would like to move this discussion to the RED E board.
@Paul: Is this possible?
Kind regards,
Dirk

Re: Channelcodes for SUFEHM channels
Decision of the TaskForce:
MainLocation should be HEAD and the channels:
??HEADVM00??SR0S (van mises stress)
??HEADSM00??000S (sufehm criterion)
MainLocation should be HEAD and the channels:
??HEADVM00??SR0S (van mises stress)
??HEADSM00??000S (sufehm criterion)

Dear colleagues,
I have added to the database 1.6.2:
In Fine Location 1 table:
In the Possible Channels table:
Kind regards,

Sorry for the small images, but they are shrinked by the system.
So please find the two images also in the attached archive.

Re: Channelcodes for SUFEHM channels
Hello Dirk,
The "stress" (VM) is named after Richard von Mises. Therefore, could you please correct in the TEXT_L1 and TEXT_L2 "Van" to "von"?
Kind regards,
Sebastian
