Position for Engine

Post by bjoern.hohage »

Hello,

actual is the Position for engine always 0.
BEVs can have more then one engine with decentral position.
I think it will be better to switch from "0" to "?" as position.
Furthermore the figure "Vehicle Bottom View 3 - Electric Elements" can have an update for this topic, e.g. with a 3 engine configuration.

PS example:

PS² maybe other electrical components also needs an update.

Decision of the TaskForce:

for electrical drive motors the code will be:

EDUN - electric drive unit - elektrische Antriebseinheit

The position information should be free = ?

This topic is practically closed. It only remains open until the figure in the vehicle description ist updated.
Add line in the bottom part of the figure. Multiple positions might be a smart idea to allow for multiple positioning.
