Codes for THOR RS (TR)

This Subject is for the discussion and information about the coding approach for the THOR RS. In the discussion it was decided to
have separate FL3 coding for THOR AV (TV) and THOR RS (TR).

Most codes are validated. Actually it is not clear how to handle the lower leg coding.
As the dummy is based on the classic THOR (TH) it might be using the H3-LowerLegs or
the Advanced legs. The intention is to firstly implement the shared channels of both leg designs for TR
and await the future need to have the one or the other leg design in regulations.
