Correction to Codes in DB 1.5 -> 1.6p3

Dear colleagues,
KT supplied me a list of codes that seems to be doubled or mistaken in the ISO MME DB delivered with version 1.5.
I verified that these issues are also relevant in the current release and prepared an answer for the request in the following.

Some recommendations for future indications of problems with the database in advance:
- Supply information here in the forum to allow all people to participate in the issues.
- I would like to ask for all problem indications to please supply the ID of the entry in the table to simplify the analysis.
- Please verify when comparing for double codes, that you are not using expired and active codes at the same time.
- Please verify double codes in the database table and not after extracting just a part of the code!

Double ISO Codes in Possible Channels

Der ISO Code '??FARMRI00S2MOY?' ist für die folgenden Messstellen definiert:
S2 Dummy/ 82: ??FARMRI00S2MOY? (Forearm Right Moment Y)
S2 Dummy/ 83: ??FARMRI00S2MOY? (Forearm Right Moment Y)
Code is misspelled MOZ missing; German longname was correct;
FARM is expired -> use FOAR!
Will be fixed in DB 1.6 P3

Der ISO Code '??HUMSLE00S2MOY?' ist für die folgenden Messstellen definiert:
S2 Dummy/ 58: ??HUMSLE00S2MOY? (Humerus Left Moment Y)
S2 Dummy/ 59: ??HUMSLE00S2MOY? (Humerus Left Moment Y)
Code is misspelled MOZ missing; German longname was correct;
HUMS is expired -> use UPAR!
