Hello Paul,
unfortunately the stored document is not correct. It is the version before the Paris meeting of the WG3. The barriermass is still within.
If have attached the correct document.

The RED A I had put up was taken from ISO's document site - so we'll need to get M Maitre to put up the correct version there, please.
