Database 1.6 Rev 2 Proposal 2 (Snapshot 2016_09_13)

Dear coleagues,
please find attached a snapshot of the backend database.

Actually some double codes have been removed,
some additions from the last Meeting have been implemented
and some corrections have been made.
(see SYS_DATA_HISTORY table within the database).

Some changes are required for the WS and Y7 figures. As soon as these changes are available
also the RED's B and C and the frontend will be posted here.
