New Fine Location 3 for "Interactive Airbag"

Dear colleagues,

I would like to propose a new fine flocation three for the Interactive Airbag and the related generator.

The currently available airbag types (generators) are
AF - frontal airbag (GF)
AH - head airbag (GH)
AP - pedestrian airbag (GP)
AR - rear airbag (GR)
AS - side airbag (GS)

As new airbag type I propose:
AI - Interactive Airbag / GI - Interactive Airbag Generator

The exact location of the airbag can be defined like before by using existing seat positions.

Your proposal looks sensible. We have planned the next meeting on the 30th of June (next week) and can discuss your proposal there.

I checked the database for similar codes for FL3 and your proposal should work fine. The only code that might "look" similar is the
expired "G1" for "Belt Loop (Reel Return)", German = "Gurtrolle"
I personally haven't seen this coding so far.

As you mentioned that the rest of the coding could be done by the existing seating positions:
To which SP should the interaction airbag assigned to in the second row?
-> May always to the outer position (4 and 6)?

I hope I interpreted "Interactive airbag" right as a type of airbag that should prevent
occupant interaction?

your interpretation is absolutely correct; it should prevent occupant interaction.

Regarding your question of the SP in the second row.
In my opinion it depends on the configuration the airbag is used in. My intention - at the moment - is to use SP5 as it is only used in 4-seater - nevertheless I am open for other inputs.

Please review the codes as I have implemented slightly different ones from the AUDI example.
In the FL3 longnames I have added "Airbag" in the Generator Longname as
this is also to be found for other Airbag codes in FL3 table.
