Vehicles with 6 seat rows each up to 4 seats per row are used for full-vehicle crash tests and
seatbelt anchorage pull tests.

What are possibilities to name the seating positions in ISO MME?

Please send proposals.

Dear Stefan,
a similar issue has been discussed in:
"Zone model problem"
http://www.iso-mme.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=38&t=292

Would this be a solution for your issue?

Bye,
Dirk

Dear Stefan,
please find attached a sketch with a possible solution for your special application.

Please respect that the typical zone model for vehicle measurements (passenger car)
might be useful for general vehicle structure measurements (11APIL...).
But If you intend to measure a dummy on the seat or at the structure close to the seats
it might be advisable to use the more precise "1"-"J" codes in the ISO[2] position of the coding:
e.g. for position "D": 1DHEAD0000H3ACXP, 1DSEATLELO00ACXP, 1DSEBE0000B5FO0P,....

Bye,
Dirk
