New FineLocation 3 Codes for FAA dummies

Dear colleagues,
there is a request to provide a Fine Location 3 code for the FAA(Federal Aviation Administration) dummy:

This dummy is based on the H3-50th but also has some H2-50th components (Lumbar Spine).
A reasonable Coding approach could be HA (Hybrid Family, Aviation Variant)
-> Example: 11HEAD0000HAACXP

There is also a FAA 95th variant under development.
A proposal for a reasonable Coding for this variant is: HB
-> "B" will be the next character in the alphabetic order and the B could be synonymous for "Big", "Bulk" dummy variant.
