Dear colleagues,

according to the outcome of the task force meeting, i have reworked the TH figures:

- splitted Calvicle IN/OU
- added THSP 01/12 AV X/Y/Z
- re-arranged standard and additional measurements

also I changed some details:
- added a 7th rib to the figure
- repositioned location for chest deflection on 3rd, 6th rib

The next step will be to prepare additional slides for the T3 variant "THOR Europe".
