How to specify the time of the test

The mme file provides the Timestamp as creation date of the data (with time). The field "Date of the test" usually contains only the date. One of our customers now requires not only the date but also the time of the test.
Is it allowed to specify date and time with the "Date of the test" field?
Or should a new field ".Time of the test" be introduced?
Or is the Timestamp meant to be the date / time of the test itself (T0 time) instead of the creation date of the mme files?
