Impactors and headforms

For all pedestrian impactors and the headforms I have created
four new figures for MME 1.6 resp. 2.0.

remarks:

• FineLocation3 PI Pedestrian Impactor should be expired
• The description of the pedestrian headform codes in my figures are not updated

The consideration of some comments of Dirk and my colleagues
ended in a second proposal for the figures.
There are still some problems which have to be discussed:

• FL3 PI Pedestrian Impactor expired?
• the description of the pedestrian headform codes P? have to be updated
• channels which describe parts of the impactors as rigid bodies should have the FL2 OR (origin) or OU (outer)
• impactors which represent heads should have the FL3 HH (head hemispere) or HE (headform)
• what is the reason for the legimpactor acceleration and angle FL1 UP instead of 00 ?
