New Fine Location 2 Code "RW"=RAW

Dear Colleagues,

I would like to propose a new FL2 code:
RW = Raw (German: "Rohdaten")

This code can be used for some measurements that will be taken, but needs some correction to represent the "true" data. It is intended to be used for a angle measurement procedure on the dummy where the measurement will not reflect the true angle in the joint but needs to be corrected. The distinguish between the measurement and the joint angle the Fine Location of the pure measurement will get the "RW" coding.

Some additional information on that:
- "RD" is already used for Redundant on FL2.
- "RA" could be an alternative coding for this purpose
