WorldSID Angle for WS Ribs in X direction

Dear colleagues,

there exists some designs that are able to measure the angle around the X-axis for the
rib deflection measurement on the WorldSID. This is actually not required for the calculation of the
2D rib deflection for the WorldSID (ANZ is used here).
Nevertheless we should provide a code (as additional channel) to include this option in the reference figures.
The proposal will be:

• the codes are accepted,
• a comment in the DataBase shows, that there is no related figure, the codes are only for additional sensoring
