Dear colleagues,
we started the discussion in the last meeting on the requirement and the implementation of CFC20.
So far we have got the feedback, that this new class is intended for ARS signals.
To have an overview for the discussion of the possible characters for new/additional filter classes, I have made this picture:

Re: New Filter Class Character for CFC20
The decision in the todays Task Force Meeting was:
The new code "L" is available in the next version of the database after the offical 1.6.2 (1.6.3?).
Clarification for the need of the new class:
The base idea was to have this class for Dummy Qualification purpose.
We suggest that it should be used in the future for quasi static applications (Hip/Torso Flexion) for angular rate processing.
Alternatively, the intention could be, to have it for angular rate processing in (neck) pendulum test like for the THOR?
Kind regards,
Dirk
- to reserve the character "L" for CFC20
- to leave the character "K" open for a class CFC30, referenced in EuroNCAP for Puls analysis
